My husband and I didn't have a very good experience during our stay at 1890 Williams House Inn. We were told our room would be refreshed while we were out for the day. That didn't happen. Dirty dishes left from breakfast, towels on the floor, bed unmade Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were not able to stay for second night. Trying to get in touch with the innkeeper by phone was impossible, so I left a voice message (which she told me she never got). After talking with her on the phone today, I was totally appalled by her lack of empathy and professionalism.

At the end at the bottom of the page for the Williams house and it says there are a number of reviews are not recommended, so of course this peaked my interest and I had to take a look. Every single review had one amazing thing after another to say about this lodging choice called the Williams House. I think failure to click on the stars for the five star rating is what caused your system to read it as not favorable . I cannot find one negative thing yet that anyone said about the Williams House. That will definitely help me for my decision on where I will stay whenever I decide to visit again because the other fancy place in town apparently "allegedly" has bedbugs . God knows, that I don't want to stay there. I think it is your rating system that maybe is the problem. The reviewers just didn't know they had to rate by clicking 1-5 stars. Instead they took the time out of their busy days and schedules to write beautiful flowery reviews that no one will ever read because it appears Yelp employees don't deem it important enough to even double check the computers . Yelp is built on the reviews of the people who visit your site yet employees aren't even reading the reviews . Ironic, isn't it? At least get a couple interns from the local high school to double check the work. The Yelp customer should not have to suffer the lack of information that would otherwise assist them making the most informed and educated choice possible . The Yelp customer should not have to suffer because of unclear directives on your website.

We had a great time on our weekend getaway. We stayed in the Carriage Suite and it was huge (bigger than we needed). I had made a mistake on the dates and Lynda graciously accomodated us in this larger than we booked room at the same rate. The kitchen staff was happy to accomodate special dietary needs and the breakfasts were delicious. The bed was comfortable (a little hard but not too bad), and we had a small fridge and microwave in the room. We would definitely recomment this place to others and will be back.

My husband and I stayed at this B&B for a weekend getaway at the recommendation of some friends. We stayed in the East Chamber. I can't even begin to say how much I loved the sheets. If there hadn't been such beautiful weather and sites to see, I would have been content to laze about in bed all weekend long! The big jet tub was really nice and clean, breakfast was yummy and the staff were so friendly and welcoming.

My husband and I were married here on Oct. 1st, 2013. We stayed 6 nights in the Turret Suite. The entire week was amazing. The wedding ceremony was out in the garden and it couldn't have been more special. The officiant was perfect, beautiful heartfelt words made us cry and a prayer for our marriage that could not have been outdone. Then we had a toast in the dining room, we felt so special. The week we spent in the house was so perfect. The room was very large and comfortable. It's one of two rooms in the house where breakfast is served in your room. We were presented with a delicious breakfast every morning that we enjoyed in our robes (which we purchased from the B&B). So decadent!!! Another thing that I really liked about staying at this particular B&B is that the owner, Lynda was VERY helpful with suggestions. She recommended restaurants and things to do that were spot on. She even made a wonderful suggestion of where to eat on our wedding night and we were so pleased. We were able to see almost all of the rooms and they are all wonderful. They each have their own unique charm. I did like the Turret room the best for the size of the room, the room service and because the woodwork was all painted white which made the room bright and cheery. Also, the sheets are amazing and the shower was wonderful! Great water pressure, I did not expect that in such an old house. We hope to spend many anniversaries here!

We had an amazing two day 25th Anniversary trip to this B&B. The location to main attractions is awesome. We stayed in the West Chamber. The room more than lived up to the pictures. It is large and cozy. The bed was the best I've ever slept on. The staff were amazing. They were eager to assist in any way...including dinning suggestions. The breakfast was wonderful. I would highly recommend this B&B.

I brought my best friend to this Bed & Breakfast for her Birthday on 05/16/15 and we stayed for two nights in the Guest Suite. The place was absolutely adorable and prefect for relaxing. The room was wonderful and the whole house has so much history. The current owner does a wonderful job of taking care of this place and the staff was amazing. The wrap around porch has a swing and was perfect for relaxing. They also have a cute little garden with plenty of seating. It was fun walking around and checking everything out. If I could stay forever I would. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

We had a wonderful experience staying here for our elopement weekend. The Parlor Suite was luxurious and so relaxing and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly and responsive. They offered great dining and honking suggestions. The location close to bath house row allowed us to walk there. The gardens were in bloom and it was lovely to sit on the wrap around porch where we read and enjoyed the morning. We would definitely go back on our next return to Hot Springs.

Beautiful property with very nice hosts. We stayed here for 2 nights and the house has several unique rooms. I really enjoyed the large patio's upstairs and downstairs. Overall, it was a nice getaway and good experience.

Stayed at the 1890 Williams House Inn for a three night trip to celebrate an anniversary. We could not have asked for better accommodations. We stayed in the West Chamber complete with a 2-person jetted tub and luxurious microfiber bedding. It was heavenly! We were pleasantly surprised that despite being an old house, we could hear nothing outside of our room when the doors were closed. No squeaky floors or noisy neighbors! The breakfasts were equally amazing and delectable and we appreciated that we could sit at our own table and were not forced to interact with other guests. We stayed Saturday-Tuesday, and had the main house to ourselves on our final night. We also appreciated the close proximity to downtown, but not being right in the middle of things. It was a nice and easy 5-block walk to get to Bathhouse Row.

Lynda is the delightful owner/hostess of this beautiful historic property near downtown Hot Springs and Bath House Row! We enjoyed 2 nights in the Copper Cottage, no detail was overlooked, down to the glass jar of salts on the jetted tub! The bed was plush and comfy, breakfast delicious, staff friendly and accommodating, the porches are huge and perfect for morning coffee or a leisurely afternoon! Lynda knows this home's history and loves to share it with guests! We hope to return next year! Go to Quapaw Bath & Spa!

I traveled to Hot Springs in April 2012. I did my research and decided to stay at 1890 Williams House Inn. I can not express what a great decision this was! I have ZERO complaints about staying at 1890 Williams House Inn. I stayed in the William's Suite and it was fantastic! The room was impressive and awe inspiring and the in room breakfast was delicious each day. The friendliness of the ladies and their knowledge of the surrounding area was a true breath of fresh air. I have stayed in numerous hotels around the world, but this was my first B&B and I must say; I will definitely seek accommodations at a B&B before locating a hotel. The ladies at 1890 Williams House Inn provided a lot more than I expected for my first B&B experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
